Color-Change Tourmaline Crystal | Paprok Mine, Nuristan, Afghanistan — 2026 Production
Fresh from Paprok — 2026 Production
This stunning tourmaline crystal comes directly from the 2026 production from the famed Paprok Mine in the Nuristan Region of Afghanistan — one of the most celebrated gem pegmatite localities on the planet. Fresh material from Paprok is always an event, and this piece is among the standouts of the lot.
A Crystal That Stops You in Your Tracks
The color on this crystal is nothing short of extraordinary. Ranging from rich forest green to a luminous sky blue, it already commands attention in natural light — but the real magic happens when you shine a light down the c-axis. The crystal ignites into a bright, electric lime green unlike anything I've seen from any other tourmaline. It's a phenomenon that has to be seen to be believed, and it makes this one of my personal favorites from this entire production run.
